Lago Trattoria & Catering opened its doors in july, 2001. Since then they have been entertaining not only Locals & Vermonters alike but they have acquired a customer base which spans across the United States, Canada and many continents as well.
The menu changes throughout the seasons when local, organic, imported & all natural items are in season. Our chef/owner Frank Richardi, uses his own organic garden to provide items, such as vegetables & herbs on the menu as well. We take pride in supporting our local community and use local products whenever possible.
